Delete Your Account
You can ask the school to delete your Grand Master Chung Tae Kwon Do sign-in account. Staff can request it in the Chung TKD iPhone app or on our website after signing in.
How to request deletion
In the iPhone app: tap the account icon at the top of the screen, choose “Delete account”, then “Request account deletion”.
On the website: sign in, open your account area and choose “Request account deletion”. Anyone can also ask the school directly:
- Email hello@chungtkd.com, or call or text (516) 457-1893.
- Say that you want your Grand Master Chung Tae Kwon Do account deleted, and give your name and the username or email address you sign in with.
- The school verifies your identity before acting on the request.
You do not need to sign in to ask the school directly.
Who completes it
The school owner reviews and completes each account-deletion request. Account deletion is reviewed and is not an immediate purge of all school records. The school completes ordinary requests within 30 days and confirms completion using a verified contact method on file.
The app and your account area show that your request was received and is waiting for review. We do not send an automatic email or text. Contact the school if you have a question about your request.
When the request is completed, your sign-in is removed: your name and photo are cleared from the account and you are signed out everywhere.
What may remain
Account deletion does not automatically erase attendance, waiver, billing, safeguarding, audit, or other school business records. Those records may be retained when needed for school operations, safety, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
